Manitowoc awards ‘Best Overseas Dealer Mobile and Tower’ to GLI

Manitowoc Cranes has announced the third winner of its prestigious Dealer Awards during Intermat 2018 in Paris, France. Réunion Island-based dealer Grues Levage Investissements (GLI) won the award for ‘Best Overseas Dealer Mobile and Tower’.
The distribution partner recently supplied a fleet of 16 Potain and Grove cranes to build a €1.7 billion coastal road around the island.
GLI president Thierry Blondeau was presented with the award during a ceremony at the trade show.
“I’d like to dedicate this award to all the teams working for GLI; it is a testament to all their hard work,” he said.
Réunion Island is a French island to the east of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean. In addition to Réunion Island, GLI supplies Grove and Potain cranes to Mayotte and Mauritius. It is also the Potain dealer in Madagascar.
