WATM Crane Sales & Services takes a Grove GMK7450 at CONEXPO 2017

3/10/2017

WATM Crane Sales & Services added a new Grove all-terrain crane to its fleet at CONEXPO 2017. The Perth, Australia-based crane dealer purchased a new GMK7450, the largest crane in the Grove all-terrain line, and celebrated the occasion with Manitowoc Cranes during a ceremony at the Manitowoc booth. The two companies commemorated the purchase with a champagne toast.

The 550 USt GMK7450—known in the U.S. as the GMK7550—features a 197 ft MEGAFORM boom. The crane also features MEGATRAK suspension on a seven-axle carrier, a removable rear outrigger box and a Twin-Lock boom pinning system.

WATM has served Western Australia with the sale, repair and maintenance of mobile, crawler and truck-mounted cranes since 1974. The company is the exclusive distributor of Manitowoc Cranes in Western Australia.
