NIBM to sell Potain top-slewing cranes in Belgium

Manitowoc announced that NIBM will sell Potain top-slewing cranes in Belgium. NIBM currently sells Potain cranes in the Netherlands and the Northrhine-Westphalia region of Germany.
NIBM will provide full Manitowoc Crane Care support for top-slewing Potain cranes, not only new cranes sold by NIBM, but to all top-slewing Potain cranes in Belgium.
BLE, Manitowoc’s long-established Belgian dealer, will continue to sell and service Potain self-erecting cranes and Grove mobile cranes. BLE will also offer full Manitowoc Crane Care support for self-erecting cranes and Grove mobile cranes. Manitowoc Crane Care includes full parts and service support plus a range of other services.
Adri Van Groningen, commercial director for Benelux and Israel at Manitowoc Cranes, said the new arrangement would bring additional resources to customers in Belgium.
“NIBM is a recognized tower crane expert, and its knowledge of Potain cranes is second to none,” he said. “Having NIBM representing Potain top-slewing cranes and BLE representing Potain self-erecting cranes means Belgian customers have access to two truly outstanding companies.”

NIBM has been an exclusive Potain dealer for over 40 years and has supplied construction machinery in the Netherlands since 1939.
